- The minimum qualification required is Graduation from any HEC-recognized university or institute.
- A 06 months computer course/diploma in MS Office and Urdu composition from a government-recognized technical institute is required.
- A minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed in English as well as in Urdu language is also mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria for Male Candidates:
- Age: 18 to 25 years
- Education: Matric

- Chest: 33 inches
- 1 km running test to be covered in 7 minutes
- 20 sit-ups in one attempt
- 15 push-ups in one attempt
- 03 pull-ups in one attempt
Eligibility Criteria for Female Candidates:
- Age: 18 to 25 years
- Education: Matric
- Height: At least 5 feet and 2 inches
- 1 km running test to be covered in 9 minutes
