SPSC 01/2024 Jobs Notification Details:

In its first job notification, the Sindh Public Service Commission recruits different job positions in the four major departments. The details of the departments and the job positions are discussed in detail as follows.

• Department: Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department
  The following jobs are vacant in this department:
  • Law Officer (BPS-17) (01-Post)
    Requirements: Law Graduation and 05 years of practical experience as a lawyer in the High Court. Both genders male & female can apply. The age should be between 25 to 35 years.
• Department: Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archive Department
  The following job position is vacant in this department:
  • Curator (BPS-17) (01-Post)
    Requirements: A four-year (04) bachelor’s degree in fine arts or any other relevant subject. Two years of experience working in any art gallery, museum, or in any other cultural institute. Males and females both can apply. The age limit is 21 to 28 years.
  • Assistant (BPS-16) (05-Posts)
    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-Recognized institute with at least 2nd division. The age limit is told to be 18 to 28 years. The quota for both males and females is available.
• Department: Health Department
  The following jobs are vacant in this department.
  • Malaria Superintendent (BPS-16) (07-Posts)
    Requirements: B.Sc. (honors) in Zoology. Both male and female candidates again from 21 to 25 years are eligible to apply.
  • Assistant Entomologist (BPS-16) (13-Posts)
    Requirements: A B.Sc. (honors) Zoology qualification is required with at least 2nd division but those candidates who possess a M.Sc. Entomology qualification will be preferred. The age limit is 21 to 25 years and male/female candidates can apply against this post.
  • Non-Medical Evaluator (BPS-16) (06-Posts)
    Requirements: Male and female candidates having a B.Sc. (honors) degree with at least 2nd division and an age limit of 21 to 25 years can apply.
  • Transport Officer (BPS-16) (01-Post)
    Requirements: Male and female candidates with an age limit of 21 to 25 years and a diploma in automobile or Mechanical Engineering can apply.
• Department: Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Criminal Prosecution Department
  The following jobs are vacant in this department.
  • Assistant (BPS-16) (14-Posts)
    Requirements: Male and female candidates who are graduates and their ages are between 18 to 28 years old can apply.
  • Record Officer (BPS-16) (01-Post)
    Requirements: Candidates with at least a 2nd division bachelor’s degree and a six-month computer diploma can apply. Males and females both are eligible to apply. The age limit for the Record Officer job position is 18 to 28 years.
  • Librarian (BPS-16) (01-Post)
    Requirements: The candidate should have graduated in Library & Information Sciences from an HEC-Recognized university and his/her age should be between 21 to 31 years.
